The McGrath Charitable Trust
The McGrath Charitable Trust was set up in 2000 with the objective of providing opportunities and help for the underprivileged and those in need.
The Charity is funded by the McGrath family and has particular interest in Education, Performing Arts, Health and Criminal Justice.
HEALTH
We support work in the areas of Cancer, Ophthalmology, Alcoholism and Dementia providing funding for research and support for sufferers and their carers.
EDUCATION
Working through the performing arts, sport and schools, we support programmes which provide young people with the opportunity to enhance their life chances.
JUSTICE
We support work to reduce the rate of reoffending. We aim for a society where there is less crime, safer communities, and fewer people in prison.
“The McGrath Charitable Trust has generously supported the Clink Charity and our objective to break the cycle of crime by changing attitudes, creating second chances and transforming lives whilst reducing recidivism rates for the benefit of society as a whole since our formation”
